Can I manage my Google Business Profile myself?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile itself is free. Envok is a paid option for business owners who want to delegate authorized management, routine review care, and reporting.
Does Envok guarantee better Google rankings or more customers?
No. We manage the approved work, offer useful public-competitor context, and report available Google metrics. We do not promise any particular ranking, lead volume, or revenue result.
Will I have to give Envok my password or control of my computer?
No. During Concierge Start, you stay in charge of your device and invite Envok as a Manager of your Google Business Profile. We never request the password or Owner role.
What exactly does the seven-day guarantee cover?
The first subscription payment only. Request a refund by emailing admin@envok.net within seven calendar days of that initial payment. Later renewal payments do not automatically qualify for this guarantee. Final contractual terms will govern.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The service is month-to-month. You can cancel future renewals through the established cancellation process or by emailing admin@envok.net; there is no required retention call.
Is every small business eligible?
No. This plan is designed for one eligible, verified, accessible Google Business Profile per business location or qualifying service-area business, within the published review and maintenance limits. We check fit before purchase.
